Discover Lodging Management, Inc. (DLMI) is a privately held company founded in 1998 by Nick Klaers who currently serves as a Director.  The management company started with four properties and has grown now to 15 properties.   Our portfolio is diverse as we are currently affiliated with seven different franchises and independent flags across the upper Midwest.

DLMI specializes in developing, owning and operating hotels across a wide range of brands.  We are a hotel management company offering expertise in hotel operations, marketing and e-commerce, financial reporting and revenue management.  We are committed to our hotel affiliates, employees, guests and communities.  We believe in providing a strong accessible corporate support system to assist in the success of implemented onsite resources.
