Sales Marketing

Director of marketing works with each property along with the Regional Manager, Property Manager and Property Sales Staff to develop and enhance targeted strategies and marketing plans in each market segment specific to each property and geographic area.

  • Assist property general managers and property sales managers in development of property specific sales & marketing plans
  • Property Visits or conference calls by Director of Marketing to property to monitor sales and marketing plan and implement initiatives as needed.
  • E-commerce initiatives through knowledge and guidance of internet travel websites and other online marketing and advertising opportunities
  • Results-oriented advertising
  • Social media
  • Direct sales support
  • Public and Media relations and initiatives
  • Provide guidance to properties in staffing and management of an efficient, organized and successful sales department where applicable
  • Monitor and assist in design and printing of property promotional materials.
  • Aid in design and placement of advertising; outdoor, airport and printed publications.
